Graduate in history with an archival specialty at the Jagiellonian University and is senior curator at the National Archive in Krakow. Since 2000, Ms. Marosz has been a member of the International Institute for Archival Science. In the years 2002–2008 she was chair of the Central Methodological Commission at the Head Director of State Archives. She conducts classes in archival studies at John Paul II Pontifical University in Krakow and has published widely on archival theory and methodology, and source editions.
